At STARVERT Services you have a dedicated point of contact who will take care of your concerns as if they were their own.
We are a medium-sized company and therefore have the advantage of short decision-making processes. That’s why we respond quickly and flexibly to your wishes and needs. We look after your solar park from A to Z, catering to all steps in the process. This means we can implement our premium quality standards to the full extent.
We always strive for the most economical solution and we stand for the swift elimination of defects as well as efficient and quick repair measures.
If your solar park has to be taken off the grid at short notice, we will ensure that it is put back into operation as quickly as possible, and we always observe the current legal requirements.
Economically optimal
During the marketing of the solar power generated, we review your current contracts and optimise them from an economic perspective. Depending on the situation, we market via Renewable Energy Act remuneration, direct marketing or with long-term power purchase agreements.
STARVERT Services spans technical (operation & maintenance) and commercial (asset management) management of the long-term operation of solar parks.
Technical management
(operation & maintenance)
Components of technical management include the supervision and monitoring of solar parks, inspection and maintenance, protection and upkeep of green areas as well as repairs. We also offer you coordinated reporting with regard to performance data and the production volume of electricity, fault notifications and necessary reports to authorities as regards (among other things) electricity tax, as well as, if necessary, the coordination of compensation and replacement measures or other contractual requirements.
We carry out the maintenance and – if necessary – repairs of solar parks in such a way that downtimes are minimised. We can also advise you on whether repowering is technically necessary and economically efficient, and coordinate these measures for you.
Our portfolio of services naturally also includes the upkeep of the green areas of a solar park as well as taking care of any necessary replacement measures. If you wish, we can also organise and evaluate drone thermography for you, coordinating module cleaning in the case of any particularly stubborn dirt, and putting your safety plan through its paces.
Commercial management
(asset management)
Components of our asset management include reporting to owners, project companies and external financing credit institutions. We also manage invoice verification, the necessary payment transactions and all communication, and we can be the main point of contact for all contractual partners. We can also take care of contract management, optimising contracts and insurance management, and keeping an eye on your deadlines.
